How often do orders get shipped?

I will typically package and process your orders within 2-4 days so you can get your items in your hands as soon as possible! I will occasional get orders processed in less days, depending on the amount of orders that come in.

When will my package arrive?

After order is processed, please allow up to 3-6 business days shipping time on all items shipped via the standard shipping option, and 2 business days for orders shipped via Express shipping. If standard tracked option or express shipping option is selected, I will send you tracking information once your item has left the studio and is on its way to you! - Keep in mind if the no tracking option is chosen, then no tracking will be provided and that option is only available for orders with stickers and sticker sheets only.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. however, follow the shop on Instagram(@deuramaunnie_Shop) to stay updated when we expand shipping to other countries.

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email info@deuramaunnie.com and include:

Your order number

Name on the order

Email the order was made with

Your request and new shipping address.

I will be happy to assist you and let you know if it’s possible.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival/missing an item?

Missing your package?

In this unusual and very upsetting circumstance, I'm unfortunately unable to help. Please reach out to the shipping partner online with your tracking number (sent to you with the email you used during checkout) and fill out their contact form for a missing package. If you lost your tracking number, please feel free to email me at info@deuramaunnie.com and I will get the number for you!
